Looking
for money for the Seniors House Project !
“Seniors House” is the future project of the foundation,
which proposes to offer services of assisted living at a high life level.
For implementing of the
project it is necessary the building of a house which will be separated in 20
apartments, a dining room, a club, 2 offices, gym hall, medical office and
outbuildings.
The accommodation capacity
will be to 20-30 persons, function of the apartment role. 1,2 persons will
occupy the apartments, function of the finances of the resident and the family
member number. The rooms will be furnished after the resident will, in order to
assure a familiar background.
The services will be
flexible, the residents could choose for a certain services: permanent or
alternative accommodation, general or partial cleaning, serving the meals in
the dining room or in private so.
This service will assure the
clients occupational and medical assistance. The medical personnel, a nurse and
a physician, will verify the health situation daily. We will establish
contracts with institutions specialist in medical emergence to resolve the
possible emergences.
The project will plan daily
occupational therapy activities, in the club, for the residents of the campus,
which will assure them a diverse program. This program will be organized and
coordinated by an occupational therapist, which will collaborate with other
specialists.
In the residence it will
exist a gym hall for maintaining of the health situation of the members. At the
making up the menu we will consider the illnesses of the residents or special
diets. The participation of the organized programs is voluntary. The residents
will have the freedom to organize the own program, they will receive visits or
they can be away anytime. We will organize cultural activities out of the
residence and we will stimulate the contacts with persons from the outside of
the residence. For the enriching of the program we will organize trips and
vacations of interest for the seniors.
There will be also residents
for a limited time, when the family it will be in the impossibility to assure
the elderly care (vacations, official trips so). These persons will have access
to all the services.
The kitchen of the program
will prepare also the meals for the home service foundation’s project.
The service “Seniors House” will be fully paid by the beneficiaries, these revenues will make possible the function and the improving of the services of this program.
